Payment policy

How fees are quoted, invoiced and paid.

Quotations and invoices

All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) before work starts. Quotations are valid for 30 days. Government fees and disbursements are shown separately and charged at cost. Sales and Service Tax (SST) is added where it applies.

When payment is due

  • One-off services such as incorporation and registrations: payable in full before we lodge with the authorities.
  • Annual services such as company secretary appointments: payable in advance for each year.
  • IT projects: payable by milestone as set out in the project proposal.
  • Other invoices: payable within 14 days of the invoice date.

    • Payment methods

    You can pay online through our secure payment page using the methods shown at checkout, or by bank transfer to the account printed on your invoice. Please quote the invoice number as the payment reference. We never ask you to pay into a personal account.

    Late payment

    We may pause work on overdue accounts, including filings, until payment is received. We will remind you before doing so.

    Refunds

    Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
