How we protect your data and your payments.

Website and payments

  • This website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections.
  • Online payments are processed by a licensed payment gateway. We do not see or store your full card or online banking details.

    • Client records

  • Client documents are stored in access-controlled systems and shared only with staff who need them.
  • Statutory records and signed documents are kept securely for the periods required by law.
  • Staff are bound by confidentiality obligations.

    • Protecting yourself

    We will never ask for your passwords or one-time PINs. Payments are only made through our payment page or to the company bank account printed on our invoices. If you receive a suspicious request using our name, contact us at comsec.boardmate@gmail.com or +60 17-600 5201 before acting.

    Reporting a concern

    Report suspected security issues to comsec.boardmate@gmail.com. We investigate every report promptly.
